Starting in 1985 we formed Property Resources a full service Commercial Real Estate firm here in the Raleigh Durham Cary area. We were very good at what we did and became the Triangle’s largest Landlords agent Managing and Leasing 6,000,000 Square feet of space with 78 employees.

In 1997 we sold that firm to CB Richard Ellis the Largest Commercial Real Estate firm in the World.

Since then we have developed with our own money over $100,000,000 worth of Commercial Real Estate in Raleigh, Durham, Cary and the balance of the Triangle area.

In 1998 we formed our own Construction Company and have since built over 100 buildings for ourselves and customers. You drive by these buildings every day.

In 2008 we decided to only work for you the Occupant of Commercial Real Estate and combined all of our experience to help you Lease, Buy or Build. We are the best at what we do and we only work with the occupant. 95% of the Commercial Real Estate Industry works for the Landlord but we already did that, so now we only work for you.
